Even in the limited space we now have to roam, move.

Walk.

Dance.

Pace.

Strut.

Write.

Knit.

Paint.

Flex.

Stretch.

Jump.

Bend.

Activate your being in ways you’ve long neglected.

Nourish.

Eat whole foods.

Feed yourself fuel that will keep you well.

Replenish.

Soak.

Hydrate.

Heal.

Your sensibilities:

Be awakened to others.

Recognize your place in the global community.

Trace the similarities in experiences across the miles and the hemispheres.

Engage.

Protect the vulnerable.

Know that this invisible life source is bigger than your body.
